This serum is hydrating and not irritating. I haven't noticed any change to redness on my face, but I think that would occur after long term use. I've been using this combined with the Hosanna serum although I apply them separately. The main reason for this is the Hosanna serum disappears into my skin within seconds, so I don't feel it's sufficient on its own. The Credo Prebiotic Ferment serum is meant to strengthen your skin's barrier, which I know my skin needs due to its reactivity and sensitivity of my skin. The added benefits are its extra hydrating and calming properties.
The scent of Credo Probiotic Ferment serum isn't overly pleasant. It's a weird scent with a hint of rose added to it - I'd prefer the rose be taken away. If it has a strange scent, leave it, or add something that will counteract rather than partially cover it.
I also don't know whether this can be used near the eye area as it's not mentioned, but not completely ruled out. The same applies to the Hosanna serum in relation to the eye area. Eye creams are given extremely clear instructions, but several other products don't mention certain areas of the face. If eye contact were dangerous there would be a warning, I assume, so since no warning is present, eye area use must be fine (I assume, unless I attempt this and my eyes start to sting).
The Credo Probiotic Ferment serum looks thicker or richer in texture than the Hosanna serum, however my skin absorbs it just as easily and quickly as the Hosanna…
