Antipodes Wellness Limited (The Promoter) is giving customers the chance to win a collagen-boosting skincare set of 5 full-size products.

SPECIFIC RULES

HOW TO ENTER

1. The Promotion is live for 6-9 June 2025 only (Promotion Period).

2. The one (1) winner will be drawn and contacted by 12 June 2025.

3. To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win the Prize, a participant must be:

a. an eligible participant under the Promoter’s Standard Terms and Conditions below; and

b. 18 Years of age or older; and

c. opt-in to email marketing as part of the form submission, and

4. To be in to win, complete the signup submission form (https://au.antipodesnature.com/MBS2025), including opt-ing in to email marketing during the promotion period - all completions will be automatically entered into the prize draw. The competition is free to enter and is a game of chance, no skill is required.

PRIZE

1 x winner.

A winner drawn randomly from all entries will be awarded an anti-ageing skincare set which consists of:

• 1 x Eve Bio-Retinol Line Reduction Serum 30ml
• 1 x Divine Face Oil Rosehip & Avocado Oil 30ml
• 1 x Kiwi Seed Oil Eye Cream 30ml
• 1 x Lime Caviar Collagen-Rich Firming Cream 60ml

Maximum number of products that can be won: 5 full size items (The Prize), maximum prize value AUD $305. Prize includes delivery of items to a residential Australian address.

OTHER TERMS

5. These terms and conditions, including the entry mechanism, Promotion Period and Prize,

may be amended at any time. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or extend the

Promotion at any time.

6. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable to any person in any way in

relation to this Promotion including, without limitation, any loss or damage whatsoever

suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), death or personal

injury howsoever suffered or sustained, the cancellation or postponement for any reason

of the Promotion or the Prize and the quality of goods or services supplied by any third

party. The Promoter does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. The Promoter will collect and use, for the purposes of the Promotion, personal information

from contestants (for example, their email address and other contact details). This information will be used by Antipodes Wellness Limited only. Participants have the right to request access to and correction of personal information held by the Promoter (where such information is readily retrievable), by contacting the Promoter.

9. The Promoter’s decisions on all entry and Promotion matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. By entering this Promotion, you have agreed to accept these specific terms and conditions,

and the Promoter’s standard competition terms, website terms of access and privacy policy.

11. The competition is subject to the Australian Consumer Law and relevant state/territory laws.

STANDARD PROMOTION OR COMPETITION RULES

Definitions

The ‘Promoter’ is Antipodes Wellness Limited

‘Disqualified Participants’ are:

(a) all Antipodes Wellness Limited employees and their Immediate Families and flatmates;

(b) all people under the age of 18 years;

‘Immediate Families’ include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.

Entry

1. These Promotion or Competition Rules (‘the Rules’) apply to all Antipodes Wellness Limited Promotions or Competitions (collectively the ‘Promotion’) conducted on any medium – online, social media, email, or a connected device.

2. If a particular Promotion has specific rules or terms (‘the ‘ Specific Rules’) those Specific Rules will apply to the extent of any inconsistency with the Rules.

3. Entry is limited to one submission per person - regardless of the device used. Multiple entries will lead to disqualification from the competition.

4. Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the Rules/Terms

5. No purchase is necessary to win or participate in the Promotion

6. The Promotion is open to Australian Residents only. Disqualified Participants may not enter the Promotion.

7. Antipodes Wellness Limited reserve the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds.

8. Antipodes Wellness Limited reserve the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who Antipodes Wellness Limited decide (at their discretion) have violated the Rules (including the Specific Rules), gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.

9. By participating, entrants grant Antipodes Wellness Limited exclusive permission to use their name in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

10. All entrant personal details must be valid and up to date and will be held by Antipodes Wellness Limited and may be used for the purpose of the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes in accordance with Antipodes Wellness Limited Privacy

Policy (see www.antipodesnature.com) unless otherwise directed by contestants at the time of entry.

11. Personal information provided at the time of entry is presumed to be true and, in the case of email notification – active, through to and beyond the date of the Promotion’s completion.

Winning the Prize

12. Only the person who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the prize (the ‘Winner’).

13. The Winner will be determined by assigning a number to each participant, then randomly drawing one number to award the prize to the corresponding participant.

14. The Judge’s determination of the Winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The Winner will be notified by email and will require a response with delivery details for the prize. Where attempts to contact the Winner fail (eg when the Winner cdoes not respond to up to 2 emails over a 5 day period) the Judge will select another winner. If, after successful notification, the prize is not collected within two months of being announced

it will be regarded as forfeit.

16. The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on the Winner’s behalf. In the event that the Prize specified in the Competition becomes unavailable for any reason the Promoter may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

17. The Winner takes the Prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Antipodes Wellness Limited in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. The Winner is responsible for all insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the Prize. Where the Prize has associated terms and

conditions the Winner accepts the Prize subject to those terms and conditions and restrictions.

18. The prize will be sent out within 14 working days if not discussed otherwise by email.

Antipodes Wellness Limited Responsibility

19. Antipodes Wellness Limited reserve the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason.

20. Antipodes Wellness Limited take no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction

Acceptance

21. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

22. If the Winner does not accept these Terms and Conditions the prize will be forfeited.
