Access to mystery boxes is available to Evergreen customers only. You'll unlock the Evergreen tier when your annual spend reaches $500.
Once you're in Evergreen, mystery boxes can be accessed through your rewards boutique – ready to be redeemed with your loyalty points and any Antipodes purchase.

Yes, purchase is required for redemption, however there is no minimum spend.
What is the redemption cost of the mystery box?
The loyalty box will cost 750 loyalty points in the rewards boutique.
Can I get the mystery box anytime?
No! Each drop is only available for a limited time - so you'll want to make sure you get it before it's gone.
Are rewards boxes personalised?
No – everyone in your region receives the same items per release
What can I expect in my mystery box?
Our mystery boxes are carefully curated for each drop. Each box in a drop will contain the same products - so each VIP gets the same exciting value.
Can you tell me the items?
No, otherwise it wouldn't be a mystery! They'll change every drop, so you'll just have to make sure you claim it before it's too late!
What is the value of the mystery box?
The value will always be at least $249 based on RRP for products received.
Will I get full-size items?
Yes – every rewards box includes full-size products. Occasionally, you might also receive minis, exclusive samples of upcoming launches, or exciting collaborations from other like-minded brands.
How do I redeem my mystery box?
You'll receive an email on launch day next week with a link and details on how to redeem your mystery box.
Do I need a loyalty account for the mystery box?
Yes, in order to redeem the box you'll need to create an account if you haven't already. Fear not! Any points accumulated in the last 18 months are stored against the email address you ordered with and can still be claimed.
Can anyone access these?
No, they're only for our most valuable customers at the top of the Forest in our Evergreen loyalty tier!
I'm in the Canopy tier, if I buy something to enter the Evergreen tier can I claim the mystery box simultaneously?
Unfortunately not, you'll have to reach Evergreen from one order before you can redeem your box in the next.
Can I exchange my products if I don’t like them?
No, unfortunately, we don’t offer returns or exchanges on loyalty boxes. These are final sale.
Are the products vegan?
Our loyalty boxes aren’t exclusively vegan. They may include a mix of vegan and certified vegetarian products – including those with ethically sourced bee ingredients like mānuka honey and beeswax. All Antipodes products are cruelty-free and havenever been tested on animals– and we ensure our suppliers meet the same strict standards
Can I order more than one mystery box?
Mystery boxes are limited to one per person. We want to make sure everyone gets the chance to enjoy them.
What if I see someone posting fake reviews or getting multiple boxes?
Accounts found posting fake reviews or attempting to claim more than one box will be anonymized and disqualified from the program.
Can I earn points for reviews?
Yes – when you leave a genuine review of a product you've purchased.
